Convenient location, 5 Minutes from Central Station and walking distance to Coles and 7Eleven. Staff were helpful, I had to extend my stay, they were able to keep me in the same room. Laundry Facilities on site, a vending machine is also available. Stayed in a Private room, Private Rooms have towels included but for shared rooms you can ask for towels ($6 per towel if I recall correctly, returned after you checkout). The room was cozy and had housekeeping there every 2nd day. The kitchen was adequate, recommend preparing your meals before 6pm or after 8pm or so to avoid the crowd. There are always people around the lounge area, main entrance closes at 10pm but there is a side entrance which you can access the building from. Overall it was a good stay, would stay there again.

Excellent location close to public transport and main points of interest. Friendly staff. Room was clean and as expected, although there was no window to open or see out of (was frosted and I think facing another building wall) which could feel claustrophobic. Bed was comfy enough for a few nights. Common areas always seemed lively, but couldn't hear the noise from upstairs.

I had a nice time here. Receptionists always kind and helpful. They even organised a dinner buffet for Christmas. I had a double room with bathroom and it was perfect for my needs. No cockroaches. Window can be opened (but not view because of a wall but personally it didn’t annoyed me since there’re other buildings very close and I wanted to have some privacy)

Is nice to find a hostel in the CBD with private rooms which have private bathrooms too, this is why we came back a second time. I remember last time I came the back door was very noisy and I have to say this time was fixed, which make me think they read the customer’s reviews and take them into consideration. I really recommend this hostel if you’re coming few days to visit/explore Sydney. The location is perfect as you can walk to the Opera and other attractions if you like (20-30min) and is also really close to the Airport by train (only 4 stations). Again, my experience was in a private room so I can’t tell about sharing rooms and toilets.

Location to the Train Station was excellent and also close enough to walk to City and Westfield Shopping. Room was clean and in good order. Breakfast was not provided which is ok as we left @6.30am anyways.

The staff are very helpful, I enjoyed casual conversation so much. The kitchen was clean enough, it was not a party hostel so I could take a rest comfortable.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the central station (train) with a huge amount of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby and only about 15 minutes away from the harbour (public transport; 35 minutes walk) Comfortable room and bed with a good bathroom and shower. Elevator access to all floors. Rooftop bar (during reception hours) Good laundry facilities and a large shared kitchen. Lots of daily activities (walking tours, pub crawls and other social activities) for those who want to participate and make friends. We extended our stay due to our travel plans changing because of the weather. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Sydney.
